LED street lights has drawn the concerns and favor of many enterprises, however, there are some problems unsolved in the design of LED street lighting fixtures and LED street light housing. And those difficulties make obstacles to the owners and selection of the LED lamp manufacturer.

Surface treatment is the first problem in the design of LED Street lighting fixtures and LED street light housing. The point is that it is difficult for the LED street light fixtures exposed to the air to withstand erosion from the harsh environment for a long time. Some manufacturers believe that this is more conducive to heat dissipation. But the premise is the light must be installed in the environment which is relatively clean and free from influence outside. The practical application of LED light happens outdoors and the LED street lights may encounter rain, dust storms. What's more, aluminum alloy which is the main composition of the LED lights is more likely to react with acid or base reaction or become oxidized in the air. The oxidized aluminum alloy not only affects the appearance of wholesale LED panel light but also affects the mechanical properties.

Outline design of rectangular is the second problem in the design of LED Street light fixtures and china LED street light housing. The rectangular design does not meet the demand of resistance to windstorm. And the rectangular shape here means the lamp was nearly square in the LED street light housing. Such design could lead to the situation that the plane cannot differentiate wind when the wind is blowing from a plane perpendicularly, resulting in the pressure on the fixed structures of poles and lamps. This pressure is not obvious in general. However, it is likely to happen that poles of LED Street light fixtures tilt or bend even fixtures fall down.

Exposed heat sink block in sharp edges and corners is the third problem in the design of LED Street light fixtures and cheap LED street lights housing. The design does not meet standards of lighting safety. Sharp edges and corners means there are multiple sharp corners in the metal parts. The process of production and transportation is more difficult to protect. What's more, the surface treatment becomes more sophisticated. "Polyelectrolyte" phenomenon inclines to happen at the sharp corners, leading to burning out or too thick coating, whether plastic spraying or electroplating.

At the present, the problems mentioned above in the design of LED Street light fixtures and LED street light housing remains unsolved. If you is searching for more information relevant, it may be helpful to visit wholesale LED street lights
